Description / Info:
The seminar will focus on issues regarding estate planning which will include understanding Probate as a legal process in Oklahoma, how to avoid probate, planning with a Last Will & Testament compared to planning with a Revocable Living Trust. I will also discuss joint ownership and incapacity concerns.
